Healing
Access your Path to Wholeness
Healing cuts across the spectrum of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and extends to spiritual exploration, leading to positive lifestyle changes and improved social dynamics. There is a rising need for healing in the west, stemming from the impact of modern lifestyles, social pressures, mental health challenges, environmental stressors, technological influences, work stresses and emotional wounds, causing disconnection from self and identity.
Healing is becoming essential to navigate modern day complexities and to achieve balance and fulfilment. It reduces reliance on medication and complements conventional treatments.
Alternative healing focuses on root causes and prevention, empowering you to take agency and ownership of your wellbeing.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing draws upon ancient healing traditions rooted in relationship with the natural world. It recognises that human wellbeing is connected to our relationships with ourselves, one another and the wider living system.
Through ceremony, ritual and energy work, shamanic healing seeks to restore harmony across the physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions of experience. It approaches the person as an interconnected whole rather than treating each aspect in isolation.
Within shamanic traditions, personal and ancestral experiences are understood to leave energetic imprints that may influence the patterns we carry. Alongside this spiritual perspective, we can recognise how familial, cultural and intergenerational experiences shape our beliefs, relationships and ways of responding to life.
Benefits of Shamanic Healing:
Balance and grounding: Feel more centred, settled and connected within yourself
Emotional release: Create space to understand and process difficult emotions
Self-awareness: Recognise recurring patterns and gaining deeper personal insight
Clarity: Find a different perspective during challenges and life transitions
Meaning and connection: Deepen your sense of purpose, spirituality and relationship with nature
Ancestral exploration: Explore familial, cultural and ancestral influences shaping your experience
Personal agency: Take a more conscious role in your healing and growth
I am trained in a number of healing systems, including traditional Usui Reiki, Brennan Healing Science and the Andean Pachakuti Mesa tradition. I am initiated into the Q’ero lineage of shamanic wisdom and hold the Munay-Ki Rites.
Highly intuitive and sensitive to the deeper layers of experience, I draw upon these traditions alongside Western therapeutic practices to create an approach that is personal to you. Working across the emotional, psychological, spiritual and energetic dimensions, I support you to bring awareness to underlying patterns, restore balance and deepen your connection to your own healing process.
Why Work with Me?
The Pachakuti Mesa is a Peruvian cross-cultural healing tradition rooted in sacred relationship with nature and the understanding that all aspects of life are interconnected. Pachakuti refers to a period of transformation, while the mesa is a personal altar used within healing and ceremonial practice.
The mesa brings together the elements, the directions, ritual and sacred objects that represent different aspects of the natural world and our human experience. It provides a framework for reflection, healing and personal growth, helping to restore balance and strengthen our connection with ourselves, others and the wider world.
Trained and initiated as a Pachakuti Mesa Carrier, I draw upon these principles within my healing work. I bring this traditional wisdom into a contemporary setting, integrating ceremony and energy work with modern therapeutic understanding to support greater awareness, balance and transformative change.

Intergenerational | Past Life Healing
It is believed by some that we are the sum total of our previous lives and experiences, as well as those of the present; that the human soul carries karma and that memories can be held within the subconscious mind.
There are also memories, patterns and behaviours passed down intergenerationally through our family line, cultures and lived experiences. Epigenetics explores how environmental influences and life experiences can affect gene expression, while family conditioning can shape the beliefs, behaviours and ways of relating inherited over time.
And then there is the ‘collective unconscious,’ through which we may access shared information expressed through energetic connections, archetypes, primordial knowledge and the universal mind.
The psyche can be understood as having four interconnected layers: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Within this framework, experiences can leave impressions across these different layers, some of which may continue to affect you in your present life.
Through hypnosis, I use the symptoms and patterns arising in your current life to connect with past or intergenerational experiences. The roots of these issues can then be brought into conscious awareness, helping you to understand, release or integrate their effects and transform the influence they have on your life today.

"What a mind expanding experience! When I left it was hard to believe time had disappeared so fast, let alone the life affirming journey I had just been on. I didn't want to go home as my mind was racing with different pieces of an information puzzle, so I walked the streets taking in the angles of light and looking at each person and house and imagining people through the times come and go. I let myself succumb to the beauty of time and it was quite overwhelming. I let the tears roll down my face in pure admiration of it all. I don't think I'll ever forget that walk home."
