My work stems from two interconnected questions: How do people heal? And how do they create meaningful change?
My background spans across social justice, community development, corporate leadership, coaching, therapy, and cross-cultural healing traditions. This has enabled me to understand change and transformation through multiple lenses including; psychological, emotional, cultural, relational and spiritual lenses across the many layers of society.
My practice, is informed by traditional wisdom philosophies and grounded in contemporary psycho-spiritual processes, and unique to my calling.
Runa means 'to bridge worlds' - and my work bridges` cross-cultural systems with the modern world by weaving the science of psychology, and the wisdom of ancient healing, with the game changing world of coaching.
My training ranges extensively across western clinical methods to a number of ancient healing traditions, and my shamanic work rooted in the Peruvian Q'ero Lineage.
I am also a leadership and neurodiversity coach as an EMCC-accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and Coach Supervisor. My professional coaching, supervision and organisational work is offered through Infinity Leadership.
