Ceremony brings meaning, symbolism and sacred intention to the moments that shape our lives. It creates space to honour change, deepen connection and bring us into a more conscious relationship with ourselves, our communities and the natural world.
Each ceremony is carefully created in collaboration with you, bringing together your story, values and intentions. The result is a meaningful and immersive experience that feels personal, authentic and uniquely yours.
I offer sacred sound and cacao ceremonies, weddings, baby blessings, rites of passage, and intention-led ceremonies for healing, purification and significant life transitions.
Sound Ceremony
Bringing timeless practices into the contemporary world, sound ceremonies work with sound as both an audible and physical experience. Gongs and other instruments create layers of tone, vibration and resonance that move through the space and can be felt within the body. Sound frequencies help attention move away from everyday thought and towards a more embodied experience.
During a sound journey, the changing harmonics provide a steady focus for the mind, making it easier to enter a deeply relaxed or meditative state. As the body settles, breathing slows, muscular tension softens and the nervous system begins to downshift. Sound meditation supports reduction in tension, anxiety, and fatigue, and helps to bring calm and wellness into your life.
Sound can also create space for emotions, imagery and inner awareness to emerge. When held in ceremony and guided by intention, the experience can support reflection, amplify what you wish to connect with or release, and help bring the physical and emotional aspects of your experience into greater harmony. Participants leave feeling calmer, clearer, more spacious and deeply nourished.
I offer individual and group sound ceremonies, carefully curated around the people present and the purpose it’s being held. Each event creates an immersive and restorative space to relax, let go and move from the demands of doing into the experience of simply being.
I also offer sound meditations for corporate wellbeing, leadership retreats and team events through Infinity Leadership
Runa created an amazing wedding for us which exceeded all of our expectations.
